YU TAK INT'L (08048) announced that Mr. Hui Jichang has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of the company. Mr. Yang Yukang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Both appointments are effective from April 23, 2026. Mr. Pan Hanyan has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules, with effect from April 17, 2026. Following Mr. Pan's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will no longer serve as chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of the nomination and remuneration committees. Following Mr. Yang's appointment as an independent non-executive director, he has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of the nomination and remuneration committees.
