Applied Digital has signed a lease agreement with a US investment-grade hyperscale data center operator to provide 300 megawatts of power for its critical IT workloads. The agreement is expected to last for 15 years, with a total contract value of approximately $7.5 billion. This power capacity is located in Applied Digital's Delta Forge 1 facility, which is a 430-megawatt facility designed for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads.
