National Technology (02701) has announced that in order to meet the needs of the company's overall audit work, the Board of Directors and Audit Committee have approved the recommendation to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants as the company's domestic audit firm for the year 2026, with the term at the firm of Crowe Horwath (A special partnership) ending on the day of the company's upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. They also announced the reappointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Deloitte Hong Kong) as the company's overseas audit firm for the year 2026.

The company also plans to continue engaging Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu & Company Limited (Deloitte Hong Kong) as the overseas audit firm for the year 2026.
