Shenzhen Expressway Corporation (600548.SH): Shuiguan Expressway terminates toll collection
Shengao Expressway (600548.SH) announced that, according to relevant documents from the provincial and municipal departments, the Shenzhen Qinglong Expressway Company limited by 50% held by the company ("Qinglong Company") will cease toll collection on the Shenzhen Shuijing to Guanjingtou Expressway ("Shuiguan Expressway") operated by the company on April 25, 2026, at 24:00. Qinglong Company will transfer the related assets of Shuiguan Expressway in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the transportation management department.
Shenzhen Expressway Corporation (600548.SH) has announced that, according to documents from provincial and municipal departments, the toll collection on Shenzhen-Shuikou Expressway (also known as "Shuikou Expressway") operated by Shenzhen Qinglong Expressway Co., Ltd. (in which the company holds a 50% stake) will be terminated on April 25, 2026 at 24:00. Qinglong company will transfer the relevant assets of Shuikou Expressway in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the transportation management department.
