After increasing its holdings, the latest number of shares held by HHLR has increased to 88.6645 million shares, and the proportion of good warehouse has increased from 4.23% to 6.01%.

According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure documents, on April 15th, HHLR (a secondary investment platform under Hillhouse Capital) increased its holdings of 26.2 million shares of CSTONE PHARMA-B (02616) at an average price of 8.97 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total investment of approximately 235 million Hong Kong dollars. After the increase, HHLR's latest shareholding increased to 88.6645 million shares, and its stake percentage increased from 4.23% to 6.01%. According to the same disclosure documents on the same day, Morgan Stanley also increased its holdings of 7.9592 million shares of BeiGene Pharma at an average price of 9.4755 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total amount of approximately 75.4172 million Hong Kong dollars. After the increase, the latest shareholding is approximately 77.8196 million shares, with a stake percentage of 5.27%.
