BRAINAURORA-B(06681): Wang Jingbo appointed as non-executive director
Brain Dynamics Aurora-B (06681) announced that, effective from April 15, 2026, Ms. Li Mingqiu has resigned as a non-executive director due to other work arrangements and personal scheduling conflicts; Mr. Li Sirui has also resigned as a non-executive director for the same reasons. Mr. Yang Fan has been appointed as a non-executive director; Ms. Wang Jingbo has been appointed as a non-executive director. In addition, Ms. Li Mingqiu will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Wang Jingbo has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
