China Jinshi (01380) announced that Ms. Gu Yiran has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to her desire to invest more time in handling her personal affairs and other business commitments. She will also no longer serve as the Chair of the Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from April 15, 2026.
