The Elephant Holdings Group (08635) announced that, effective from April 15, 2026: Independent non-executive director Li Xinjuan, who was a member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee by the board; and Ms. Di Xiaoguang, the chairman of the board and executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee by the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
