Guangdong Hoshion Industrial Aluminium (002824.SZ) announced that the board of directors has approved the proposal of signing a Guangdong province construction engineering standard construction contract with Guangdong Jian Anchangsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jian Anchangsheng"). The contract signing price is RMB 238 million, with an estimated contract period of 545 calendar days. The project involved in this contract signing is the third phase of the advanced equipment manufacturing project for the main structural components of Hesheng new energy vehicles. The project is located at 439 Xiaogan Road, Sanxiang Town, Zhongshan City, and includes the construction of HP6 dormitory building, HP7 factory building, HP8 factory building, HP9 office building and basement, and building No.3, with a total building area of 134,385.2 square meters. The project is scheduled to start on April 22, 2026.
