Koseido (02273) announced that Mr. Zhang Qichang will no longer serve as the Joint Company Secretary, Hong Kong Legal Process Agent (pursuant to Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal process documents on behalf of the company, and pursuant to Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the receipt of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company) and the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from April 13, 2026.

This is in accordance with Section 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 for receiving legal process documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, and Rule 19.05(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong.
Ms. Wen Yongyi has been appointed as the joint company secretary, legal process agent, and authorized representative, effective from April 13, 2026. Mr. Yu Peng will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
