VSING (08292) announces that independent non-executive director Mr. Ma Jianxiong passed away on April 6, 2026. Mr. Ma served as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee, as well as the chairman of the nomination committee. In light of Mr. Ma's passing, the board of directors announces that executive director Mr. Li Guoxi has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, and independent non-executive director Ms. Huang Kaixin has been appointed as the chairman and member of the nomination committee, both effective from April 13, 2026.
