CN INT DEV CORP (00264): Termination of the Memorandum of Understanding with Platinum Wealth
China Overseas Development Holdings (00264) announced that the company has entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Platinum Way Limited (the partner). On April 13, 2026, the company and the partner entered into a termination agreement for the memorandum of understanding. Accordingly, the contracting parties agree to terminate the memorandum of understanding and, except for the confidentiality provisions contained in the memorandum of understanding, the memorandum of understanding no longer has any legal effect. Neither contracting party shall be responsible for any form of liability or compensation to the other party for the termination of the memorandum of understanding.
