TRAVELSKY TECH (00696) announced that Mr. Huang Rongshun, Executive Director of the company, has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, member of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee), and authorized representative at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to retirement reasons. According to the company's Articles of Association, Mr. Huang Rongshun submitted his written resignation report to the board of directors on April 13, 2026, which took effect immediately; at the same time, due to retirement reasons, Mr. Huang Rongshun also ceased to hold the position of General Manager of the company from March 20, 2026.
