For extreme temperature performance, during tests in extreme cold and hot conditions, the dimming glass showed varying degrees of shadowing, directly affecting dimming effects and user experience. After multiple rounds of structural optimization and endurance testing, the glass successfully passed the stringent -20C cold and 85C hot tests, ensuring quick and perfect dimming even in extreme climates. For the extremely high process difficulty, being the industry's first large-sized LC dimming wrapped edge injection molded product, the side-window joint process posed a high manufacturing challenge that lacked references. The team broke through with optimizations on individual parts and structural improvements, implementing measures such as strict thickness tolerance control, surface stress optimization, and flow channel design optimization to achieve mass production installation.
