At the time of the current Bank Of Hangzhou subscription, the Group had previously subscribed to a wealth management product with Bank Of Hangzhou for RMB 80 million on October 16, 2025 (previously disclosed Bank Of Hangzhou subscription), and a further RMB 80 million wealth management product on March 19, 2026 (the 20260319 Bank Of Hangzhou subscription), which have not yet been settled.
