SEM Holdings (09929) announced that on April 10, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder, Yaoji Capital Limited, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with HH RSV-MIM Holdings Limited (the buyer) to sell 180 million shares of the company, representing approximately 9.00% of the total issued share capital of the company, for a total consideration of US$13.1754 million. The completion of the sale occurred shortly after the agreement date. Following the completion, Yaoji Capital Limited owns approximately 66% of the total issued share capital of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Yaoji Capital Limited remains the controlling shareholder and the largest shareholder of the company after the completion.
