According to this, Mr. Rong's qualification as a director and vice chairman of the board of directors has been approved by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau. Mr. Rong's term as a non-executive director, vice chairman of the board of directors, and member of the board's audit committee will take effect from April 8, 2026, until the expiration of the term of the seventh board of directors (three years from December 19, 2025).
