China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (00670) announced that recently, the company obtained a "Commitment Letter" issued by the Shanghai Changning Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. The main contents are as follows: (1) Loan purpose: stock repurchase loan; (2) Commitment loan amount: not more than RMB 9 billion; (3) Loan term: not more than 3 years; (4) Validity of the commitment letter: The commitment under this letter is valid until the date of signing the financing contract between the company and the loan bank.
China East Air (00670) announced that recently, the company obtained a "commitment letter" issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Changning Branch, with the following main contents: (1) Loan purpose: stock repurchase loan; (2) Commitment loan amount: not exceeding RMB 900 million; (3) Loan term: not exceeding 3 years; (4) Validity of commitment letter: the commitment under this letter is effective until the date when the company and the lending bank sign the financing contract.
The above commitment loan amount does not exceed 90% of the actual amount used.
