Langting-SS (01270) announced that Ms. Wong Mei Ling will resign as the trustee-manager and corporate secretary of the company, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company for Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) with effect from April 11, 2026.
Langham-SS (01270) announces that Ms. Wong Mei Ling will resign from the position of Trustee-Manager and Company Secretary of the Company, and will no longer serve as the Trustee-Manager and authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the Company to accept legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong, effective from April 11, 2026.
Ms. Li Liyi will be appointed as the Trustee-Manager and Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the Company, effective from April 11, 2026.
