New Point Software (688232.SH) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares in the amount of 50 million to 100 million yuan, at a repurchase price not exceeding 35 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the implementation of equity incentive and/or employee stock ownership plans at the appropriate time in the future. If the company fails to use up the repurchased shares within 3 years after the announcement of the results of the share repurchase and share changes, the unused repurchased shares will be canceled.
