The one-month interbank interest rate related to mortgages ended a three-day rise and reported 2.24024%, a decrease of 8.297 basis points. The three-month interbank interest rate, which reflects the cost of bank funds, reported 2.4%, a decrease of 2.798 basis points. The overnight interest rate reported 2.5803%, a decrease of 1.97 basis points. The one-week interbank interest rate dropped by 0.429 basis points to 2.4%, while the two-week rate decreased by 7.155 basis points to 2.27369%. In terms of longer-term rates, the six-month interbank interest rate remained unchanged at 2.7%, while the one-year rate decreased by 2.012 basis points to 3.02845%.
