Appointment of Togetherness as the new auditor for EMPEROR E HOTEL (00296)
Empire Entertainment Hotel (00296) announced that Deloitte has decided to resign as the company's auditor, effective from April 9, 2026. The board of directors further announced that, after considering the recommendation of the company's audit committee, it has decided to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hong Kong) Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from April 9, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy, with the term ending at the next annual general meeting of the company's shareholders.
