On April 9th, the Hong Kong Lands Department announced that it has approved pre-sale consent for three residential projects in the first quarter of 2026, involving a total of 648 residential units.

The Lands Department also approved six assignment agreements in the first quarter, involving two development projects in Tseung Kwan O and Wong Chuk Hang (two phases each), totaling 2535 residential units; as well as commercial units in two phased development projects in Wong Chuk Hang and Tai Po.
As of March 31, 2026, there are a total of 29 pending applications for residential project pre-sale consent letters, involving 9954 units.
In addition, the department is processing three assignment agreement applications involving a total of 912 residential units and two non-residential units, while there are two pending applications for non-residential project pre-sale consent letters.
