New Hope Liuhe Dairy Industry has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 2, New Hope Liuhe Dairy Co., Ltd. (referred to as New Hope Liuhe Dairy) submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Morgan Stanley and CITIC SEC as its joint sponsors. According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on retail sales value in 2025, the company ranks fifth in the Chinese liquid dairy market, fifth in the Chinese low-temperature liquid dairy market, and first in the growth rate of retail sales value of low-temperature liquid dairy products among the top five dairy companies in China from 2024 to 2025. According to the prospectus, the company is a technology-focused nutrition food enterprise with the mission of fresh and making life better. It focuses on the research, production, and sale of dairy products and other nutritional foods with the Fresh Cube strategy as its core.
