YADEA (01585) rose by more than 4%, as of press time, it rose by 3.92% to HK$13.27, with a turnover of HK$2.29 billion. In terms of news, YADEA released its performance for the year 2025 yesterday, with revenue of 37.008 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of about 31.1%; shareholders' net profit attributable to the parent company was 2.912 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 128.8%. It plans to distribute a final dividend of HK$0.53 per share. The increase in revenue this year was mainly due to favorable market sentiment and government policy-driven demand leading to an increase in sales volume, continuous optimization of the Group's product portfolio, and the positive effects of increased investment in research and development, marketing, and brand building initiatives. The total sales volume of electric scooters and electric bicycles increased from approximately 13 million units in 2024 to approximately 16.3 million units in 2025. Cathay Haitong pointed out that in the overseas market, the high oil prices are accelerating the penetration of electric two-wheelers in the overseas market, and the company's exports are expected to achieve high growth in 2026. In the domestic market, since March, sales have gradually improved due to the release of flagship new products and brand promotion. In addition, due to multiple factors such as rising raw material costs, expiration of factory rebate policies, and the end of promotional activities, major domestic electric two-wheeler brands plan to increase prices on some models starting next month. It is expected that the company will fully leverage its advantages in procurement and raw material stocking, with the overall price increase significantly lower than the industry average.
