ANALOGUE HOLDINGS (01977) announced that Ms. Ke Xiaojing (Ms. Ke) has resigned as a non-executive director due to his retirement plan, effective from April 1, 2026, after the expiration of his term of office. After resigning, Ms. Ke will no longer serve as a member of the Board Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, effective from April 1, 2026. In view of this, independent non-executive director Mr. Lin Jianfeng has been appointed as a member of the Board Audit Committee, and executive director Mr. Chen Haiming has been appointed as a member of the Board Remuneration Committee, both effective from April 1, 2026.
