JNCEC (00579) announced that on March 26, 2026, the board of directors resolved to nominate Ms. Wang Jing as a non-executive director, pending approval by the shareholders at the shareholder meeting. Ms. Zhang Yi has resigned from her positions as non-executive director and member of the board remuneration and nomination committee due to retirement. Her resignation will only take effect on the day when the shareholders approve the appointment of the new non-executive director.
