On the news front, on March 25, Micron Technology, Inc. announced a full cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding senior notes, including multiple high-value notes such as the 5.300% notes totaling $1 billion and the 5.800% notes totaling $1 billion, causing concerns in the market about the company's cash flow pressure. Additionally, SK Hynix plans to purchase $8 billion in EUV equipment and is considering listing in the United States, intensifying competition in the storage chip industry.
