Chuangmei Pharmaceuticals (02289) announced that Ms. Huang Huiling has resigned from the position of co-company secretary, with effect from March 27, 2026, and Ms. Yao Jiexi will serve as the sole company secretary.
CHARMACY PHAR (02289) announced that Ms. Wong Wai Ling has resigned from the position of joint company secretary, effective from March 27, 2026. Ms. Yiu Kit Hei will be appointed as the sole company secretary.
In addition, Ms. Lam Wai Yee, the current Director of Company Secretary Department of Far East Enterprise Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, has been appointed as the alternate person for the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.06(2) of the Listing Rules and the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong, effective from March 27, 2026.
