RECBIO-B (02179) Announcement: Ms. Angela Yvonne Ung (Ms. Ung) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company, and as the authorized representative of the Company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "HKG Listing Rules") and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong and Rule 19A.13(2) of the HKG Listing Rules, with effect from March 24, 2026. The Company has appointed Mr. Wei Qifang (Mr. Wei) and Ms. Sun Jiaen (Ms. Sun) as the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company, with Mr. Wei appointed as the authorized representative and Ms. Sun appointed as the legal process document agent, both with effect from March 24, 2026.
