On the news front, on the evening of March 17th, CHINA EAST EDU announced its annual performance for 2025, with revenue of 4.616 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.1%; gross profit of 2.552 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%; net profit of 756 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 47.5%; and adjusted net profit of 792 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 50.9%. It is recommended to distribute a final dividend of HK$0.30 per ordinary share.
For the year ended December 31, 2025, the number of new training participants and new registered customers increased by approximately 5.5% compared to the year ended December 31, 2024. In addition, the Group adjusted its enrollment strategy during the year, optimized the course structure, and attracted more high-value new students to enroll.
