Dongfeng Group Co., Ltd. (00489), Dongfeng Company, and Dongfeng Motor Group (Wuhan) Investment Limited (the offeror) jointly announced that the company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the application has been approved. Starting from 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, the H shares will be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
