CHUANGXIN IND (02788) and Innovation New Material Technology have signed a framework agreement for the purchase of products and services and equipment leasing.

CHUANGXIN IND(02788) announces that on March 17, 2026, the company entered into a framework agreement for the purchase of products and services and equipment leasing with Innovation New Material Technology, with a term from March 17, 2026 to December 31, 2026. According to the framework agreement for the purchase of products and services and equipment leasing, the Group will (i) purchase products and services from Innovation New Material Technology and/or its subsidiaries, including but not limited to aluminum coils, cables, raw materials, and labor services; and (ii) lease equipment from Innovation New Material Technology and/or its subsidiaries, including smelting equipment. The company has started the construction of wind power stations and CECEP Solar Energy power stations (new energy projects). The construction process requires the use of cables, aluminum coils, and other materials. In addition, with the adjustment of the company's product structure and the increase in aluminum ingot production, the company's demand for labor services and equipment usage has increased. Innovation New Material Technology is mainly engaged in the aluminum alloy processing business, providing downstream enterprises of the company with products including cables and aluminum coils. The company has been cooperating with Innovation New Material Technology for many years. Innovation New Material Technology gradually obtained cable qualifications from the end of 2024 to May 2025 and successfully entered the supply chain system of several large domestic power groups in the second half of 2025. After conducting inspections on the qualifications, quality, and production capacity of Innovation New Material Technology's cables and other related products, the company believes that these products can meet the construction needs of the company's new energy projects and decided to purchase from them at the beginning of this year. In addition, considering that the company's factory and Innovation New Material Technology's subsidiary are in the same industrial park, Innovation New Material Technology can provide personnel and equipment nearby, saving the company manpower, transportation, and other costs.
