On the news front, CMA LOGISTICS issued a profit warning at noon, expecting the company to achieve annual operating income of approximately RMB 9.3 to 9.6 billion for the year ending December 31, 2025, an increase of about 3.76% to 7.10% year-on-year; net profit attributable to equity holders of the company is expected to be approximately RMB 37 to 43 million, a decrease of about 28.27% to 38.27% year-on-year. The announcement stated that the significant decrease in net profit during the period compared to the previous year was mainly due to a substantial increase in non-operating expenses, including all customer and supplier materials stored at the supplier's premises burned due to a fire accident at the company's Hebei branch; inventory losses occurred in the warehousing materials under custody at the company's Shandong branch; and severe damage to the goods delivered by the KD business undertaken by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Fugu Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., after the arrival of the goods.
