On March 17th, Alibaba (09988) launched the world's first enterprise-level artificial intelligence agent platform "Wukong", allowing every team and company to have a 24-hour working "lobster legion". Wukong is an independent application that is now open for testing invitations and will also be directly integrated into DingTalk, fully supporting the connection of users' DingTalk accounts, secure access permissions, and application systems within the enterprise. At the same time, Alibaba's ecological business ToB capabilities will gradually be embedded in the form of skills, and "Wukong" will become the unified export of Alibaba's AI in enterprise work scenarios. After the official launch of Wukong, global users can directly download and use it, and it also supports connections to mainstream IM platforms such as WeChat and Slack. "Wukong" can operate local computers, browsers, and cloud-based systems, coordinate multiple intelligent agents to complete tasks such as editing documents, updating spreadsheets, filling out approval forms, transcribing meeting audio, and in-depth research. The platform is equipped with identity verification, access control, and dedicated enterprise sandboxes to ensure security. Previously, on March 16th, Alibaba announced the formal establishment of the Alibaba Token Hub (ATH) business group, with divisions such as Qianwen business department and Wukong business department falling under the ATH business group, with the Wukong business department positioning as "building B-end AI application entry points, deeply integrating model capabilities into enterprise workflows".
