Haitian International Investment (01341) announced that Mr. Li Zhiqiang has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company effective from March 13, 2026, as he intends to devote more time to other personal matters and business responsibilities. As a result of his resignation, Mr. Li Zhiqiang will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee. Mr. Xu Lin will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Huo Zhidi will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee effective from March 13, 2026.
