CENTRAL CHINA (00832) announced that in February 2026, the group achieved a property contract sales amount of 580 million RMB, a decrease of 41.5% year-on-year; contract sales area of 93,800 square meters, a decrease of 42.7% year-on-year; and an average selling price per square meter of 6172 RMB, an increase of 2.1% year-on-year. As of the end of February 28, 2026, in the first two months, the group has achieved a total property contract sales amount of 980 million RMB, a decrease of 37.7% year-on-year; total contract sales area of 152,400 square meters, a decrease of 40.3% year-on-year; and an average selling price per square meter of 6409 RMB, an increase of 4.4% year-on-year.
