On the news front, OSHIDORI announced that it expects to achieve a net profit of 171 million Hong Kong dollars in 2025, compared to a net loss of 195 million Hong Kong dollars in the same period last year. The net profit for the current year is mainly due to the comprehensive impact of the following items: share of profits of associates; unrealized fair value gains net of fair value losses on financial assets recognized in profit and loss; and reversal of impairment losses on loans and advances net of the impairment losses.
