China Galaxy (06881) announced that the company completed the public issuance of perpetual subordinated bonds for the year 2021 (second tranche) (referred to as "21 Galaxy Y2") by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. on April 21, 2021. According to the "Prospectus for the Public Issuance of Perpetual Subordinated Bonds for the Year 2021 (Second Tranche) by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.", 21 Galaxy Y2 has a redemption feature, and on the fifth interest payment date and each subsequent interest payment date, the issuer has the right to redeem 21 Galaxy Y2 at face value plus accrued interest (including all deferred interest and its interest).
