According to data from HKMC Insurance Limited, there were a total of 42 reverse mortgage applications received in February 2026, a 34% decrease from the 62 applications in January. The total number of registrations in the first two months of 2026 was 104, a 34% decrease compared to 157 in the same period of 2025.
