Tianbao Energy (01671) announced that Mr. Wang Qiang (Mr. Wang) has ceased to be the general manager of the company since March 5, 2026 due to job adjustments. However, he will continue to serve as an executive director and the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).
