JIASHILI GP (01285) announces that Mr. Sum Chien Wan (Mr. Sum) has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Authorized Representative of the Company, effective from March 5, 2026. Following Mr. Sum's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Lau Yuen (Ms. Lau) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Authorized Representative of the Company, effective from March 5, 2026.
