GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. plans to invest 400 million yuan in Shanghai Shixi Microelectronics to layout the integrated circuit industry.
Nuvoton Technology Corporation (603986.SH) announced that the company plans to subscribe for 25.87% of the fund shares of Shanghai Shixi Nuvoton Zhi Xin Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership) with its own funds of 400 million yuan as a limited partner (proposed name) (the fund is still in the fundraising stage).
GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (603986.SH) announced that the company plans to invest 400 million yuan with its own funds to subscribe for approximately 25.87% of the fund shares of Shanghai Shixi Zhaoyi ZhiXin Entrepreneurial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (proposed name) at the fund-raising stage.
It is reported that the fund will mainly invest in unlisted companies in the integrated circuit industry, with the investment in the integrated circuit sector not less than 70% of the total amount of the fund's subscribed capital. The investment stage includes early-stage enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and high-tech enterprises.
