INT'L ENT(01009): First completion of the issuance of convertible notes under special authorization.

International Enterprise (01009) announced that all the initial conditions set out in the "preconditions for the subscription agreement" section have been met, and the first completion of the subscription agreement was finalized on March 3, 2026. The first batch of subscription notes totaling 800 million Hong Kong dollars have been issued to the subscribers in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. The second completion is expected to be completed no later than 3 months from the first completion (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties), at which time the second batch of subscription notes totaling 800 million Hong Kong dollars will be issued to the subscribers in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. The company will issue further announcements as needed. After deducting related costs and expenses of approximately 2 million Hong Kong dollars, it is estimated that the net proceeds raised from the first completion and the second completion will be approximately 1.598 billion Hong Kong dollars, which will be used by the company in the manner disclosed in the announcement.
