Shangfeng Cement (000672.SZ) announced that its equity investment company, Shenghe Jingwei Microelectronics, has obtained approval for its initial public offering of stocks and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. Shenghe Jingwei Microelectronics is a semiconductor wafer-level advanced packaging and testing company, starting with 12-inch mid-segment silicon wafer processing, and further providing advanced packaging and testing services for wafer-level packaging (WLP) and core multi-chip integration packaging processes.
