China Conch Cement (600585.SH) announced that based on their confidence in the company's future stable development and long-term investment value, the controlling shareholder China Conch Group plans to use their own funds and self-raised funds to increase their holdings of the company's A shares through Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading system in the form of centralized bidding within 6 months from the date of this announcement. The amount of the increase will be no less than RMB 700 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 1.4 billion (inclusive).
