C SMARTERENERGY (01004) announced that after the approval of listing by the Stock Exchange, the share consolidation will take effect on February 10, 2026 (Tuesday). The consolidated shares are expected to start trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on February 10, 2026 (Tuesday).
Due to the share consolidation taking effect, the change in trading unit size will also take effect on February 10, 2026 (Tuesday). The trading unit size on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 2000 shares of the existing shares to 10000 shares of the consolidated shares. Trading of the consolidated shares with the new trading unit size of 10000 shares will resume at the original trading counters on February 27, 2026 (Friday) at 9:00 a.m.
