Shoucheng (00697) announces that recently, a subsidiary company under the Group's flagship First Journey cornerstone has participated in the investment in the Huaxia Zhonghe Clean Energy Closed-end Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund (Huaxia Zhonghe Clean Energy REIT). This investment further promotes the reevaluation and revitalization of high-quality clean energy infrastructure assets, and is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of the clean energy industry and improving the green financial system.
Huaxia Zhonghe Clean Energy REIT uses the Xinjiang Bonopona Hydropower Station, a non-nuclear green energy sector under China National Nuclear Corporation, as the underlying asset, which is currently the largest installed capacity and highest annual power generation hydropower project in the Xinjiang Hotan region. The successful listing of Huaxia Zhonghe Clean Energy REIT is an innovative practice in implementing the national REITs strategic deployment and "dual carbon" policy orientation, creating a market-based mechanism for social capital to participate in the construction of green energy infrastructure, and is of important significance in guiding long-term capital support for the real economy and promoting energy structure transformation.
