Journey Orange Culture (08627) announced that Mr. He Youguo (Mr. He) has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director starting January 30, 2026, due to his other personal and business commitments. Mr. He has also stepped down as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and member of the Company's Nomination Committee. After his resignation, Mr. He will no longer hold any position within the group.
