Hisense Electronics (00921) announced that from January 14, 2026 to January 22, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries, including the air conditioning company, Kelon Mould Company, and refrigerator marketing company (as subscribers), entered into a financial management agreement with COFCO Trust to subscribe to COFCO Trust's financial products, with a subscription amount of 2.035 billion yuan.
